The following counties must comply to orders issued by Parliament abolishing delocalization policy.
TSC was given by the Education Committee till 31st January 2023 to transfer delocalized teachers home.
Sadly some TSC County and Sub County Directors and their Human Resource Officers are still dragging and are day dreaming not aware that the times have changed.
They are frustrating teachers innocent teachers who just want one simple thing ‘to be transffered home’.
Delocalized teachers are no longer begging for transfers they must be transferred immediately unconditionally. With or without a replacement according to orders issued by Parliament.
