Teachers urged to login to TPay and rate TSC services in online survey

Teachers employed by Teachers Services Commission (TSC) have been asked to login to their TPay portal to take part in an online survey.

The Commission is conducting a one month customer and employee satisfaction survey and teachers are key in giving feedback.

This comes as TSC CEO Dr. Nancy Macharia is set to exit office through retirement end of June after serving at the helm of the Commission for a decade.

“Commission plans to conduct a customer and employee satisfaction survey as a significant activity scheduled for the Financial Year 2024/2025,” Ms Macharia said in a memo.

“Feedback from this survey will be useful in re-engineering its processes to improve service delivery,” she added.

Ms Macharia said the survey will target all teachers employed by the Commission, Secretariat Staff and some selected Stakeholders.

TSC has today activated the online exercise and teachers can now login to TPay and start taking the survey.

Upon entering TSC number, password and completing the security question a teacher will login in to TPay where he/she will then click a link written “Click here : Teachers – customer and employee satisfaction survey (cess) 2025” which will take he/she to the survey.

It will lead to the survey where they will answer questions provided before finally submitting their feedback.

The exercise will take one month as it is scheduled to run from 9th April 2025 to 9th May 2025.

Below is a memo that was released by the Commission to guide the exercise.
