   What as bout teachers who are already in the payroll system. Did they consider hardship areas? Years of service? Current cost of living. My opinion please 🙏🙏

   Ecde teachers requesting her Excellency Ann Waiguru to speak on their behave.The cost of living is too high as compared to the proposed pay structure by S.R.C.
   If ecde teachers are paid as per the Governors proposals 2021 we would feel much better.

    There is no accountability on the number of Ecde teachers in the counties.Most of them hide ghost workers here, hence siphon cash that nobody questions.Auditors should be aware that Ecde teachers have knowledge of the monkey game being done to them.Some counties push teachers to keep signing contract even after ten years of devolution.What a mess.Thanks to those that have implemented the scheme of service.

    🤔 ECDE Teachers should be paid the highest salary compared to western countries.. Since they are the first who does the hardest work in the Ministry..
    To whom is concerned please make it vice versa.
