The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) will today 1st November 2023 launch digital teacher registration certificates.
This means TSC will do away with issuing hard copy registration certificate to teachers which mostly failed to reach their owners.
After registering for TSC number a teacher is issued with a registration certificate which is a proof of registration to allow him/her to teach.
Teacher usually provide postal address where the registration certificate is then sent by TSC for him/her to pick.
However thousands of registration certificates have been returned to the Commission after the owners failed to pick them.
In a paradigm shift teachers who have completed their registration successfully will now receive their registration certificates through the email they provided during registration.
They will then be able to download and print the digital certificates.
