STATUS OF 2021/2023 DECLARATION OF INCOME, ASSETS AND LIABILITIES (DIALS)
The process of the 2021 – 2023 Declaration of Income, Assets and Liabilities (DIALS) is ongoing.
All State and public officers are required to submit their declarations by 31st December 2023.
Records indicate that more than 70% of employees are yet to submit their declarations as at 30th November 2023.
This is a serious concern considering the fact that the first month of declaration has lapsed and the number if the Commission’s employees is quite substantial.
You are hereby directed to do an aggressive campaign using all relevant modes of communication (e.g Whatsapp platforms, SMS e.t.c) to remind teachers and secretariat staff serving under your jurisdiction to make their submissions and avoid last minute rush when the system will be congested.
A list of compliance by county will be drawn and presented to management for deliberations by 11th December 2023.
Ensure your performance on this national/legal exercise is complied with as required.
The deadline is fixed and there is no room for extension.
