TSC CLEARANCE OF EXITING SACCO MEMBERSHIP
Following the Ministry of Health guidelines safety of citizens and workers in public sector during this Covid-19 pandemic, the Commission has revised methods of serving teachers.
Previously we have been clearing SACCO exiting teachers in order to manage government liability by signing the clearance forms. Same SACCOs have been utilizing the Commission email for this purpose and we encourage them to continue doing so while others send the teachers all the way to the Commission’s head office for this service.
In order to serve our teachers efficiently and effectively, all requests for SACCO clearance for any exiting teachers shall be done online by the SACCO concerned via the email ddrevenue@tsc.go.ke the Commission undrtakes to give a feedback within two (2) days.
We reiterate that any SACCO which allows withdrawal of its exiting member without clearance form the Commission will have its monthly remittances reduced by the equivalent amount of government liability due to the Commission from the teacher.
