EXTENSION OF REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR THE PSSF MEMBER PORTAL
This is in reference to our circular Ref: TSC/ADM/192A/VOL.x/86 dated 9th July 2026 on registration of teachers on the PSSF Member Self Service portal.
It has been established that about 107,000 out of 324,000 teachers under PSSF have successfully registered on the portal.
However, less than 10,000 teachers have successfully completed PSSF Form I and II.
This implies that the process of onboarding the members on the PSSF system cannot be actualised hence the need to extend the registration period to 31st August 2026.
The extension has been granted to provide members who have not yet completed the registration process with additional time to do so.
All members who are yet to register are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity and complete their registration before the revised deadline.
Members are similarly advised to ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete to facilitate seamless access to their PSSF member accounts and related services.
To ensure full onboarding of the members, please advise the affected teachers to:
1) Sign up on the self-service portal.
2) Complete the member enrollment form (PSSF1).
3) Upload a clear front and back pdf copy of their National Identity card (ID) on one page.
4) Complete the nomination of beneficiaries’ form (PSSF2) by updating their beneficiary details (Name, Date of Birth, Telephone Number, National ID numbers for adults or Birth Certificate numbers for minors, and respective percentage allocations).
Teachers who have already completed their registration as per these Guidelines may disregard this notice.
