Sossion win in landmark ruling as Court reinstate his TSC registration

Former Knut boss, Wilson Sossion, will now be in the ballot in April for the Knut Secretary General race after a Court of Appeal reinstated his TSC registration.

Sossion who had been deregistered by TSC will now face the current Knut Secretary General, Collins Oyuu, for the top seat.

The Court ruled that his deregistration and termination as a teacher by TSC violated the law paving the way for his Secretary General run in April.

Currently Knut is concluding elections at the branches before spilling over to the regional and national offices starting next month.

Sossion who was then a government critic, known for opposing key government projects during President Uhuru’s time including CBC, is now a dallying of the state.

He has in many platforms shown strong support for President Ruto’s government and had applied for consideration for the TSC Secretary/CEO seat.
