Shocking promotion criterion. Why is it that academic qualifications, are not important?
But there are those heads who forged their age. They look so old Even our grandmothers look young. Tsc should be strict bana. Example ni athiriver primary school in mavoko.
During last promotion deputies who had served for even less than a yr were given D3! Acting was a key area for promotion then.
Why now cap it at 3 yrs. ???
Is it a must a deputy should act in order to be promoted??
What if there hasn’t vacancy to act??
TSC is our degree in primary option important?Imagine primary option degrees can do better than secondary option because the learning areas they did collage, that is the same area of specialisation in campus eg creative arts,P.E,Social studies,Kisw,English,CRE (option B),frankly speaking some learning areas are an history to Sec sch teachers. Why are you eliminating primary option degrees and they can deliver well.Let me tell you, this is a wasted resource persons .They covered a lot. Am still wondering why they are eliminated. Please put this teachers in consideration ( pry option degrees). They can deliver well in JS.
Congratulations TSC for the good move towards teachersππππ―
