The teachers medical insurance provider, AON Minet has now isssued a warning message to teachers who are yet to upload dependants documents for verification.
This means teachers will have hard time to have their dependants treated in the AON accredited facilities.
“Dear ************* the TSC Medical scheme requires you to submit supporting documents for your dependants. Upload documents on https://collaborationkenya.minet.com/tsc by 15th June 2020” read a message sent to one of affected teachers.
Teachers will be required to upload a birth certificate for children below eighteen years or a birth notification for children born recently. For married teachers who wish to register their spouse they will upload a marriage certificate or a sworn affidavit.
Teachers with children in college or university or high school who are adults with eighteen years and above are required to upload there original ID cards or school ID card as prove. For those with disabled children a disability certificate is required.

MEMBERS WHO WANT TO CHANGE THEIR DEPENDANTS/SPOUSE TO VISIT AON MINET OFFICES COUNTRY WIDE TO FILL THE REQUIRED FORM BETWEEN 1st OCTOBER TO 30th OCTOBER. AFTER THIS PERIOD NO CHANGES WILL BE DONE.

Get them documents from Registrar of birth offices and upload them on the AON portal

Only one of my children’s documents went through, the rest did not appload yet for each child ,the documents only entailed a birth certificate and/ or college ID. A message came indicating that the documents apploaded have to be 2mb only. What is to be done to ensure succeful apploading of dependants’ documents? How does one reduce them to 2 mb.
Lastly,I don’t think there should be a deadline for updating information about self and dependants, may you allow members to make updates whenever there is need.
