RE: SUBMISSION OF DATA ON P1 UPGRADE TEACHER TRAINEES EMPLOYED BY TEACHERS SERVICE COMMISSION
The above subject refers.
The Pioneer group of the P1 upgrade teacher trainees are undertaking their practicum which is the fourth and final exam.
Some of these teacher trainees have been recruited by the Teachers Service Commission and may have been posted to primary schools that are not your selected practicum schools.
The Ministry vide a circular Ref No. PTTC GEN/3 dated 26/09/2022 asked for data on those who had been recruited.
The purpose of this data is necessary for logistical planning of their Practicum Assessment.
The data you submitted was also shared to the Kenya National Examination Council until you were requested to sub,it to the Examination Council directly.
It is believed that all the teachers have now received their appointment and posting letters to schools.
In this regard you are requested to submit your comprehensive and final test of all the teachers for the upgrade to DPTE who were employed by Teachers Service Commission using the attached template.
This should be submitted through email moepte2017@gmail.com on or before 26th October 2022.
