Am disable will the guide allawance be automatic?
How come you go to a New CBA 2021-2025 before adjusting my salary and pay arrears for the already expired CBA 2017-2020.why was I being paid less than my juniors at grade c3 and yet I was at grade c4 (deputy) in the year 2019. Before 2017 I was at Grade L (Diploma 1) but surprisingly I am being paid the same amount with those who were at job group G. Why? Is it fair?
