REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –
- have served as Deputy Principal II/Senior Master I, T-Scale 12 for a minimum period of six (6) Months;
- have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
- have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teachers; and
- meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –
- have served as Senior Master III T-Scale 10 for a minimum period of three (3) years;
- have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
- have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teachers;
- meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.

Let the commission allow the interested candidates with other grades eg senior teacher 11 a and have over stayed in the same grade for years to apply.
Please let the commission allow candidates who have over stayed in the same grades for years.some have stayed in the same grade for more than five years
Can i apply if i have been in C3 for over 10yrs for any of these jobs ? Am confused a little confused
I have been a deputy principal in D1 for 10 years
and have attended several interviews.I acted as a principal as can be confirmed by sub-county director.Right now I am acting as a principal as
a result of urgent transfer to another school which did not have a principal or deputy principal.What shall be the status of D1 in future as there is no adv. for them to the next grade?

What about those who have stayed for more than 5 years in c1
Let the tsc readvertise we are there willing to occupy these chances missing because of stagnation. Allow other grades apply eg c1,2,3 we here very capable
