AS PER THE PROVISIONS OF CAREER PROGRESSION GUIDELINES FOR TEACHERS.
The Teachers Service Commission is a constitutional Commission established under article 257 of the Costitution of Kenya.
It is mandated to among other things appoint and deploy institutional administrators.
Pursuant to this mandate the Commission invites aoolications from suitably qualified teachers for the posts shown below in line with the Career Progression Guidelines for teachers.
Interested candidates who meet the required qualifications should submit their applications online through the TSC portal www.teachersonline.go.ke so as to be received on or before 28th September 2021.
Please note that manual applications will not be considered.

a) Letter of appointment to the current grade
b) Letter of appointment to the current responsibility
c) Certificate of good conduct from Directorate of Criminal Investigations
d) Clearance certificate by Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
e) Clearance application from Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission
f) Clearance certificate from a Credit Reference bureau
g) Tax compliance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority

I have seen the advert.. No provision for acting teachers… Valid documents is a hurdle e.g certificate of good conduct against timelines.
I did interview for c2 last year but not received feedback upto date, why?
I have seen the advert and could wish to apply for the promotion but the documents not beats the time line.we thank our employer for the advert but the status l work has very poor network and remote area where you go to town during weekends.its disappointing especially when you are working honestly n sincerely to the innocent children under minimal supervision.l pray that one day God will open way
Some teachers might not meet some of the requirements TSC has sampled out but they are very competent.Most of administrate roles are done by p1 teachers like tpad, tmis which are well linked to ICT.
I went for an interview on February this year for headship but upto date I have not received any communication from the commission, so should I apply
Has tsc release the result for diploma teachers with degree interview that was done in may
Is the advert for all teachers or ASAL areas????
I think it’s good after attending any interview to be given the outcome of what you scored.
Can a teacher from the regions which are not ASAL apply…am from trans nzoia county..
The three years duration for every job group are so discouraging .If teachers have the qualifications,competence and are hard working ,with the CPG duration will such people be motivated to unleash their best or demotivated hence looking for better avenues which may not be forthcoming hence waste learners due to unsettled minds ?
Why do tsc require KRA compliance certificate yet it’s the one that pays the money on behalf of the teacher?

Some of our administrator are selfish,because once they receive the advert they keep it for themselves

How can I get promoted . Diploma holder
I’ve all the said documents but to my disappointment I was informed the exercise favoured teachers in the ASAL,I’m deputy head teacher II aiming at head teacher
Teachers in c2 did not benefit from CBA and were not promoted after 3 years. Please our employer remember us.
