CIRCULAR ON MANDATORY DIGITAL REGISTRATION OF ALL STUDENT-ATHLETES ARTICIPATING IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS SPORTS (KSSSA) COMPETITIONS THROUGH THE INTEGRATED KSSSA-KEMIS SYSTEM
This circular serves to inform all Secondary School Principals of the mandatory digital registration of all student-athletes participating in Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) organized competitions.
The registration process is conducted through the KSSSA digital platform, seamlessly integrated with the Education Management Information System (KEMIS).
This directive is in line with the Ministry’s and KSSSA’s committment to upholding the integrity of school sports, promoting fair play, and ensuring that only eligible and genuine student ahletes participate in the competitions.
The registration will enhance the verification and authenticity of player details.
All Principals must comply with this directive. They shall ensure that registered student athletes are bona fide students at their respective schools, and any falsification of information or registration of ineligible players will be sanctioned as stipulated by the existing rules and regulations.
