Could you please tell us your position and stance concerning promotion on acquisition of higher education for this affected positively content delivery but trs are negatively impacted resulting to antisocial acts, suicidal tendencies among others.
So the collective bargaining for 2021_2025 was all about leave or what was included.
The education budget meant for salary increment was slashed by parliament. Did you defend or left as said by the selfish MPS
nice
Kindly clarify for us the issue of upgrading for teachers who has not been absorbed by the tsc is the government going to pay for them as well?
Address the issue of CSOs
Is promotion among common cadres automatic or applied?
If automatic ,how long should one wait before promotion because I can some teachers are already past four years in the same cadre?
Promotion from one job to another is a mystery to most teachers who have overstayd in job groups.
A fair and transparent criteria should be applied in teachers promotions.
Those who finished their teaching courses earlier should be considered during employment, please.
The teachers economic plight need to be seriously considered since teachers are consumers like any other Kenyan.Economic stress is playing a pivotal role in teachers ‘ psycho_social problems leading to poor mental health and drunkenness. TSC needs to give teachers a human face in remunerations.
Thanks for the good reforms,To enhance uniformity and teachers satisfaction, I kindly request you to move all teachers to their next grades, that is C1-C2,C2-C3,C3-C4 in that order. You will thank me later.
