As we play our part in the fight to contain the spread of Covid-19 pandemic, the Commission has put in place the following measures to serve you while ensuring your safety.
1) General enquiries – These includes: Allowances, Promotions. issues on salary. coding. deployment. change of pay point, updating of next of kin records. transfers, union validation, study leave. appointment letters. Tax exemption. Correction of KRA Pin, Reinstatements.

4) Follow up on progress of pension claims
Use TSC Website (www.tsc.go.ke) – Pension status.
5) Sacco Clearance
Email from the Sacco.
6) Third party issues
Send email to info@tsc.go.ke
7) Signing of loan forms
Visit respective County Office/Sub County office where the teacher is stationed.
8) Teacher Registration and follow-up on progress of registration
Use TSC Website www.tsc.go.ke – online services also visit the respective TSC County Office where the teacher is stationed.
9) Registration of online payslips
Visit the respective TSC County Office where the teacher is stationed.
10) Enquiry on hearing of discipline cases
Visit the respective TSC County Office where the teacher is stationed.
