📌 HOW TO APPLY FOR PLACEMENT REVIEW
(Grade 9 ➡ Senior School)
🔗 Via KEMIS Portal: using the link https://kemis.education.go.ke
📝 Procedure:
1️⃣ Parent/Guardian visits the current school and requests for placement review.
2️⃣ Headteacher logs in to KEMIS using the school admin account.
3️⃣ Go to: Learners → Learner Transition/Movement
4️⃣ Select Placement Review / Change
5️⃣ Choose the learner and state reason, e.g:
Medical condition
Special needs / disability
Distance or security concerns
Wrong pathway / subject combination
Family hardship
6️⃣ Attach supporting documents (if required):
Medical reports
Assessment reports
Any official justification
7️⃣ Submit & wait for feedback.
📊 Application Status may show:
⏳ Pending | 🔍 Under Review | ✅ Approved | ❌ Not Approved
